Job summary

North Houston Pole Line (NHPL), a Quanta Services company, is seeking a Project Manager to lead high‑voltage substation construction projects. You will manage scope, schedule, budget, subcontractors, and client relationships from kickoff through energization and closeout. Substation experience is preferred, with strong transmission line PM considered.

The role requires ownership of project performance, team development, and independent portfolio growth in a fast-paced construction environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years managing high‑voltage substation construction or related transmission projects.
• Proven ability to own scope, schedule, budget, and change management from kickoff to energization.

Responsibilities

• Lead substation construction projects from kickoff through energization and closeout.
• Serve as primary client contact during kickoffs, walks, meetings, and reviews; build utility relationships.
• Develop and maintain project schedules using Primavera P6 and MS Project; establish baselines and monitor critical path.
