Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering.
• 7–10 years of relevant post-education experience.
• Engineer license required.
• Proficient with electrical engineering principles and design.
• Experience with infrastructure planning, design, and construction management.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Ability to lead and mentor junior staff.
• Occasional travel may be required.

Responsabilités

• Lead multi-site electrical infrastructure design reviews for codes and regulations.
• Mentor junior staff and oversee cross-functional project teams.
• Develop plans, specs, and cost estimates for substations and protection systems.
• Prepare reports and presentations explaining findings and recommendations.
• Ensure QA/QC and adherence to company standards.
