Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in utility transmission, distribution, substations or related operations.
• Excellent communication and instructional abilities.
• Willing to travel between MA/CT/NH.

Responsibilities

• Analyze job tasks and training needs with field personnel.
• Implement training programs and field quality audits.
• Supervise and instruct trainees in classroom and on-the-job settings.
• Evaluate trainee performance with follow-ups.
• Update procedures; coordinate with engineers and vendors on new equipment standards.
