Job summary

Eversource Energy is seeking an experienced Training Program Developer to design and conduct technical training for Field Training, classroom and on-the-job instruction in the Berlin CT Training Yard. The role requires analyzing job tasks, developing content, and evaluating trainee performance to ensure safety and high workmanship standards.

You will supervise trainees, promote teamwork across electric distribution and transmission groups, and participate in testing new tools and procedures.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business Administration or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Eight years of direct craft experience in Transmission, Distribution and supervising.
• Training or instructional experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Analyze tasks and determine training needs for field performance.
• Develop and implement training programs and field quality audits.
• Supervise trainees during classroom and on-the-job training.
• Travel between MA/CT/NH as necessary.
