Job summary

Premier Power Maintenance is seeking a Senior Field Service Specialist to perform complex electrical apparatus work onsite at customer facilities, including testing, maintenance, commissioning, upgrades, and repairs. You will troubleshoot, train, establish LOTO, and interact with customers while documenting reports.

Qualifications

• Requires HS Diploma or GED; higher degree preferred.
• At least 10 years in electrical substation testing and maintenance.
• NETA level III/IV within 6 months of employment is expected.
• Project management experience and cost control ability.

Responsibilities

• Execute mechanical and electrical tasks on substation equipment at customer facilities.
• Read manuals and schematics; troubleshoot and document solutions.
• Lead transformer, cable, and circuit breaker testing procedures.
• Install, maintain, and repair electrical equipment as needed.
• Plan and conduct safety meetings and training sessions.
• Assist management with project planning, scheduling and cost management.
• Occasional overnight travel and on-call duties.
