Premier Power Maintenance is seeking a Senior Field Service Specialist to perform complex electrical work onsite at customer facilities, including testing, commissioning, maintenance, and repairs of high-voltage equipment.

You will diagnose and troubleshoot extensive substation systems, lead tasks, train teams, complete reports, and ensure safety compliance across field projects with occasional travel within the region.

Qualifications

• Requires a high school diploma or GED; technical degree preferred.
• 10+ years in electrical substation testing, construction, maintenance, troubleshooting, assembly and commissioning.
• Ability to obtain NETA level III or IV within 6 months.

Responsabilités

• Perform complex electrical work on equipment in power transmission, distribution, and generation at customer facilities.
• Read manuals and schematics; troubleshoot and diagram problems.
• Troubleshoot, repair, replace, and clean substation components.
• Lead transformer, cable, and circuit breaker testing activities; coordinate safety meetings and training.
• Participate in installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical equipment.
• Plan, schedule, and manage field projects and related costs.
