Quanta Government Solutions is seeking an Engineering Project Manager – Substation to lead technical leadership, project coordination, and engineering oversight across full project lifecycles. You will drive collaboration between engineering, construction, and client teams while ensuring schedules and budgets are met.

The role requires a minimum of 10 years in electric utility engineering or management for HV projects, ABET-accredited degree, and a preferred P.E. license.

Qualifikationen

• 10+ years in electric utility engineering or management for high voltage projects.
• B.S. or graduate degree in Engineering from ABET-accredited university.
• P.E. license preferred.
• Proven track record leading multidisciplinary engineering teams and delivering complex projects on time and within budget.

Aufgaben

• Provide technical leadership, project coordination and engineering oversight across the full project lifecycle.
• Serve as liaison between engineering, construction and client teams to drive collaboration and mitigate risks.
• Define scope, deliverables and technical requirements for each project.
• Coordinate with engineering partners and review KPIs with senior leadership.
• Lead design reviews, constructability reviews and core project meetings to ensure quality and compliance.
