Quanta Services is seeking an Engineering Manager - Substation to lead engineering teams during high voltage substation projects. You will provide technical support across the project lifecycle, report to the Engineering Director, and collaborate with field operations, procurement, and stakeholders.

The ideal candidate has a strong engineering background, 10+ years in electric utility detailed engineering, and a valid P.E. license.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical, mechanical, or civil engineering from ABET-accredited program.
• P.E. license is required.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee projects from inception to completion, including planning and closeout.
• Supervise engineers, designers and support staff; provide guidance and evaluations.
• Ensure projects meet budget, schedule and quality standards.
• Apply NEC, NESC, NEMA, IEEE and ANSI standards across projects.
• Travel 10–25% as required for project needs.
