Quanta Infrastructure Solutions Group is seeking an Engineering Manager - Substation to lead engineering teams across high-voltage substation projects. You will drive design, project execution, and compliance with NEC, NESC, IEEE, and ANSI standards.

The role requires a P.E. license, ABET-accredited engineering degree, and 10+ years in the electric utility sector. Expect travel up to 25% and collaboration with external customers.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical, mechanical, or civil engineering (ABET-accredited).
• Professional Engineer license is required.
• Extensive experience in high voltage substation projects.
• Strong leadership and personnel management capabilities.
• Proven ability to manage multi-disciplinary teams and external partners.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee projects from inception to completion, including planning, design, construction support and closeout.
• Supervise engineers, designers, and support staff with training and performance reviews.
• Ensure budgets, schedules and cost controls are maintained.
• Ensure adherence to NEC, NESC, IEEE, ANSI standards and best practices.
• Collaborate with design teams and stakeholders to develop solutions.
• Travel up to 10–25% as required by projects.
