Job summary

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience as a practicing engineer.
• Bachelor’s degree from an ABET/ABET-accredited engineering program or equivalent evaluation by NCEES or master's/doctoral in engineering from ABET-accredited program.
• Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) in good standing.

Responsibilities

• Lead engineer on projects including substation design and construction.
• Oversee junior staff and mentor designers/drafters.
• Manage project budgets and schedules.
• Visit sites and modify designs during construction.
• Collaborate with other disciplines, contractors, and clients to deliver safe, cost-effective solutions.
• Prepare and issue engineering drawings, specifications, and reports.
