Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (preferably Electrical)
• ABET-accredited engineering program
• Professional licensure (PE) or ability to obtain within 1 year
• 5–7 years of electrical engineering experience in power delivery

Responsibilities

• Provide engineering guidance on substation design and problems.
• Lead discipline work for projects and manage schedules and budgets.
• Support proposal development and project cost estimating.
• Mentor junior engineers and designers.
• Communicate with customers and internal engineers regularly.
• Create and review substation physical design drawings and packages.
• Manage project documentation and ensure quality standards.
