LeoForce is seeking a Permanent Substation Design Supervisor to lead the design, construction, and maintenance of substations in Winchester, KY. You will manage engineers and technicians, collaborating with stakeholders to set project requirements and ensure on-time delivery within budget.

The role emphasizes strong leadership, PEC-aligned standards, and adherence to NERC guidelines, with relocation support provided as needed. This is a full-time, on-site opportunity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Electrical Engineering from ABET-accredited program.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license is required.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in substation design.
• Demonstrated experience in project management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the design, construction, and maintenance of substations.
• Manage a team of engineers and technicians, providing guidance and support.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to determine project requirements and goals.
• Ensure all projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Develop and implement design standards and procedures.
