Responsibilities

• Creates project definitions, schedules, budgets, and objectives.
• Prepares detailed statements of work with budgets and gain concurrence from stakeholders.
• Manages project costs and profitability.
• Prepares and reviews client billings and ensures timely payments.
• Monitors project risks and escalates as appropriate.
• Coordinates and monitors technical work of each task/deliverable.
• Mentors less experienced Project Managers.
