Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Construction Science/Management, Engineering, or equivalent.
• 2+ years of construction project experience including planning, estimating, bidding, preparing, and administering purchase orders and subcontracts, scheduling, cost control, document control, etc.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate engineering, estimating, project controls, procurement, and construction activities during the development and execution phase(s) of the project
• Assist in developing the initial project schedule in conjunction with engineering, estimating, project controls, procurement, and construction management personnel
• Participate in value engineering and constructability reviews
• Develop subcontractor and vendor scopes of work and schedules exhibits for PM review
• Collaborate with Safety personnel on project safety plans and incident reporting
• Assist PM with monthly project reviews and financial closeouts
• Support RFI submittals and improve deliverables across projects
• Assist in procurement of purchase orders and subcontracts
