Maximus is seeking a Strategic Subcontracts Leader to oversee a team of subcontract specialists in managing the full lifecycle from solicitation through closeout in a matrixed, government-focused environment.

You will drive subcontracting strategies, ensure FAR/DFARS compliance, negotiate terms, and coordinate with operations, business development, and compliance to support proposals and programs.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required in a relevant field.
7+ years of relevant professional experience or equivalent.
Experience with government contracts and FAR/DFARS compliance.
