Zusammenfassung

Maximus is seeking a Strategic Subcontracts Leader to oversee a team of subcontract specialists across proposals and operations programs within the assigned portfolio. You will manage the full lifecycle of subcontractor performance, from solicitation through closeout, ensuring FAR/DFARS compliance and favorable terms.

Responsibilities include developing subcontracting strategies, advising project teams on subcontract administration, and leading negotiations on pricing, schedules, and performance

Qualifikationen

- Bachelor's degree in relevant field and 7+ years of experience or equivalent combination.
- In-depth knowledge of subcontract awards including Cost Reimbursable, Firm Fixed Price and Time & Material.
- Experience with FAR/DFARS, NDA and TA best practices; defense/government programs preferred.

Aufgaben

- Manage full lifecycle of subcontractor performance from solicitation through closeout.
- Lead negotiations on terms, pricing, schedules, and performance metrics.
- Develop and drive subcontracting strategies across portfolios.
- Ensure compliance with FAR/DFARS and company policies; maintain records and data entry.
- Mentor team, drive training, and implement process improvements.
