Job summary

Maximus is seeking a Government Contracts professional in Tysons, VA to administer subcontract flow downs, change management, and close-out activities. The role requires extensive FAR/DFARS knowledge, CPSR experience, and collaboration across departments in a matrixed environment.

Ideal candidates will have 7+ years of relevant experience, a Bachelor's degree, and familiarity with ERP systems (Coupa/Costpoint) and MS Office Suite.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field with 7+ years of experience.
• Extensive knowledge of subcontract awards and award documents.
• Strong FAR/DFARS compliance and NDA/TA best practices.
• Defense or national security sector experience preferred.
• Experience with ERP systems (Coupa/Costpoint) and Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Administer subcontract awards including Cost Reimbursable, Firm Fixed Price, and Time & Material.
• Lead source selection, cost/price analyses, and CPSR-compliant files.
• Develop policies and procedures affecting multiple organizations.
