Maximus in the United States seeks a seasoned Subcontracts Manager to lead a team of specialists across proposals and operations programs, overseeing the full lifecycle of subcontracting from solicitation through closeout.

In a matrixed environment, you will ensure FAR/DFARS compliance, drive strategy, coordinate with project teams, and advise on high-value contracts to protect revenue and meet program objectives.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and 7+ years of professional experience.
• Extensive knowledge of FAR/DFARS compliance.
• Experience in Defense, National Security, or Intelligence sectors preferred.
• Experience with ERP systems and CLM tools.

Mansioni

• Perform government contract administration including subcontract flow downs, change management, inspection, acceptance, payment, warranty, close out and records retention.
• Provide assistance to source selection/evaluation process including cost and price analysis, negotiation memoranda, buildup of CPSR compliant files.
• Draft, negotiate, and use of contracts, for subcontracts, P.O.’s teaming, and other forms of agreements.
• Work on issues of diverse scope where analysis of situation or data requires evaluation of a variety of factors, including an understanding of current business trends.
• Recommend changes to policies and establish procedures that affect immediate organization(s).
