The role emphasizes developing subcontracting strategies, advising project teams, and driving best practices while collaborating with project managers, procurement, and finance to meet program objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field with 7 years of professional experience.
• Strong knowledge of FAR/DFARS compliance and government contracting.
• Experience issuing and managing subcontracts under Prime contracts.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Experience with CPSR compliant policies and audits.

Responsibilities

• Oversee full lifecycle subcontractor performance from proposal to closeout.
• Lead negotiations on terms, pricing, and schedules.
• Develop subcontracting strategies across portfolios.
• Ensure compliance with FAR/DFARS and internal policies.
• Prepare RFPs/RFQs and perform technical evaluations.
• Collaborate with project managers, procurement, and finance.
