Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field plus 7+ years of professional experience.
• Extensive knowledge of FAR/DFARS compliance and subcontract administration.
• Experience leading teams in a matrixed environment with government contracts.

Responsibilities

• Oversee full lifecycle subcontractor performance from solicitation to closeout.
• Develop and drive subcontracting strategies across portfolios.
• Lead negotiations on terms, pricing, schedules, and metrics.
