Job summary

AeroVironment, Inc. seeks a Sr. Contracts Administrator to support the full contract lifecycle within the Contract Support Operations Center. You will manage contract entries, orders, WAWF submissions, and provide day-to-day system oversight.

Responsibilities include governance, template development, training delivery, and ensuring compliance with FAR/DFARS and export controls. Travel within the continental U.S. may be required.

Qualifications

• Requires Associate and/or Bachelor degree in Business Administration or equivalent experience.
• 8–12 years of aerospace/defense/government contracting experience.
• Knowledge of FAR/DFARS and contract flow-downs.

Responsibilities

• Act as escalation POC for contract entry, order management, and error resolution.
• Coordinate with Finance, Operations, and Program Management to resolve booking issues.
• Support intake governance and ensure required documentation is provided.
• Maintain process knowledge and support training for contract department.
• Develop templates, clause libraries, and approval workflows.
