Job summary

Bechtel is building a semiconductor plant in New Albany, Ohio. This role develops, maintains, analyzes, and reports schedules for engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning within subcontract scope, coordinating with construction, engineering, procurement, and project management to meet safety, schedule, and cost objectives.

The candidate will create Level 3/4 and detailed execution schedules, perform critical path analysis, monitor progress, and support recovery plans.

Qualifications

• Requires bachelor's degree and 5-8 years of relevant experience or 9-12 years of relevant work experience.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills with the ability to review subcontract documents, maintain accurate records, and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced project environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and the ability to learn contract management and digital supply chain systems.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Level 3, Level 4, and detailed execution schedules for subcontract scope.
• Integrate engineering, procurement, construction, startup, and commissioning activities.
• Monitor progress, productivity, earned quantities, and manpower trends.
• Perform critical path and near-critical path analysis.
• Coordinate schedule updates with subcontractors and construction supervision.
• Generate progress and performance reporting packages.
