Matrix Service Company in the United States seeks a Subcontracts Manager to oversee subcontracting across projects, ensuring adherence to procedures and alignment with project goals. Required are 8-10+ years in subcontracts, a relevant bachelor’s degree, and certifications; you will lead RFPs, negotiate terms, and coordinate with Engineering, Construction, and Quality teams.

Competenze

8-10+ years of experience in Subcontracts Management, preferably in industrial construction.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or related field.
Certifications such as CPM, CPSM, APP, CSCP, or Six Sigma are a plus.
Knowledge of construction disciplines, safety regulations, and basic quality requirements.
Strong planning, organizational, and communication skills.
Proficient in MS Word and Excel.

Mansioni

Oversee subcontracting activities for assigned projects.
Lead the RFP process and subcontractor selection.
Negotiate subcontract terms and pricing.
Coordinate with Engineering, Construction, Project Controls, HSE, and Quality.
Manage subcontract administration, including invoicing, change management, disputes, and close-out.
Maintain Subcontracts Log and monitor subcontractor performance.
