Matrix Service Company is seeking a Subcontracts Administrator to oversee subcontracting activities for projects and divisions. You will lead RFPs, evaluate bids, and negotiate terms, while ensuring compliance with project scope and budgets.

The role requires 5+ years in contract management, a related bachelor’s degree, and travel as needed. A strong emphasis on cost control, risk mitigation, and cross-functional collaboration is essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in contract/subcontract management and administration, preferably in construction.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent related experience in a relevant field.
• PM, CPSM, A.P.P., CPIM, CSCP, or Six Sigma certification a plus.
• Strong knowledge of contract negotiations and risk management.
• Willingness to travel as needed/required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee subcontracting activities for projects and divisions.
• Lead RFP and bid evaluation with cross-functional teams.
• Negotiate subcontract terms and pricing with vendors.
• Manage kickoff meetings, change orders, invoicing, and close-out.
• Maintain project-level reporting and contract documentation.
