Job summary

ERG is seeking a Senior Subcontracts Administrator to manage the full lifecycle of subcontracts for federal, state, and local contracts, from solicitation through closeout. You will collaborate closely with Contract Administrators, project teams, and internal stakeholders to ensure compliance and successful project delivery.

The ideal candidate has at least 8 years of subcontract experience, knowledge of FAR/CPSR, and familiarity with GSA schedules, with strong negotiation and documentation

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred, with a minimum of 8 years of subcontract administration experience.
• Familiarity with GSA Multiple Award Schedules (professional services), EPA contracting, and/or DoD contracting preferred.
• Demonstrated experience independently preparing, negotiating, and administering subcontract agreements.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Adobe; strong record-keeping skills.
• Working knowledge of FAR and CPSR.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full lifecycle of subcontracts, including solicitation, negotiation, award, administration, and closeout.
• Review and evaluate subcontractor proposals, ensuring completeness, compliance, and proper documentation.
• Support proposal efforts by negotiating teaming agreements and NDAs, coordinating inputs with technical, contracts, and proposal teams.
• Conduct research and compile subcontract- and contract-related data for audits and government reporting.
• Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and applicable regulations throughout the subcontract lifecycle.
