Maximus is seeking a strategic Subcontracts Manager to lead a team of specialists overseeing the full lifecycle of subcontract awards and performance across multiple portfolios. The role requires close collaboration with project teams, operations, and business development to ensure compliant, cost-effective subcontract solutions.

The selected candidate will drive negotiation, risk assessment, and data-driven improvements in subcontracting processes while maintaining strict government regulatory

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree required; 7+ years of relevant professional experience or equivalent combination.
• Extensive knowledge of FAR/DFARS compliance, NDA and TA best practices.
• Experience in Defense, National Security, or Intelligence sectors preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee full lifecycle subcontractor performance, including solicitation, negotiation, award, and closeout.
• Develop and drive subcontracting strategies across portfolios.
• Advise project teams on subcontract administration, internal processes and tools.
