L3Harris Technologies in Melbourne, FL is seeking a Senior Specialist, Subcontracts to oversee the full lifecycle from strategy to management of costs and schedules. You will work with U.S.

Federal Government, Commercial, International Governments, and Defense customers, handling diverse subcontract types and negotiating to mitigate risk. Role requires strong SME leadership, experience with BOE development, government proposals, and collaboration with PMO.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s Degree and minimum 6 years of prior relevant experience.
• Graduate Degree and a minimum of 4 years of prior related experience.
• In lieu of a degree, minimum of 10 years of prior related experience.

Mansioni

• Acts as a SME across Supply Chain and communicates with executive leadership.
• Leads the assigned subcontracts organization or programs and guides a team of Subcontracts Administrators and Managers.
• Oversees supply chain activities, including metrics, KPIs, proposals, and cost savings initiatives.
• Manages supplier performance, ensuring schedules and cost targets, and collaborates with engineering on subcontractor management.
• Possesses advanced knowledge of contract types, government proposals, BOE development, and program management.
• Utilizes advanced negotiation skills to manage subcontractor relationships and program risks.
• Reviews SOWs, ensuring clarity and eliminating ambiguity in requirements.
• Has deep understanding of FAR/DFAR/ITAR, prime contract flow downs, ITAR compliance, and supply chain strategies.
• Develops strategic acquisition solutions from capture to execution with PMO and Contracts.
• Provides expert support for proposal activities and develops BOEs for Subcontract Management labor.
• Some travel may be required.
