Job summary

You will negotiate with suppliers, define sourcing approaches, and collaborate with engineering to ensure cost, schedule, and technical performance align with program goals.

The role requires advanced knowledge of FAR/DFAR, experience with IP/patent requirements, and the ability to travel domestically and internationally.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree with 9+ years of related experience; or Graduate Degree with 7+ years; in lieu of a degree, 13+ years of related experience.
• 5 years of semiconductor industry experience.
• Experience with IP and patent requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee full lifecycle of subcontract management, including strategy, solicitation, negotiations, award, cost and schedule oversight, and closeout.
• Lead source selection, proposals, contract negotiations, and terms and conditions.
• Establish and maintain compliant subcontract files and manage supplier performance.
• Collaborate with engineering to ensure technical oversight and risk mitigation.
• Address change control, government property accountability, and payment administration.
