Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 4+ years of relevant experience.
• Graduate degree with 2+ years of related experience.
• In lieu of a degree, 8+ years of related experience.

Responsibilities

• Act as SME for supply chain and communicate with cross-functional teams.
• Lead the subcontracts organization and guide a team of buyers and managers.
• Oversee contracts lifecycle, including strategy, negotiation, and performance management.
• Manage supplier performance, ensure schedule and cost targets, and collaborate with engineering.
• Develop SOWs, BOEs, proposals, and source selections; support audits.
• Apply DoD contract knowledge and ensure compliance with FAR/DFAR/ITAR.
• Manage changes, risk, and government property handling as needed.
• Support business development through agreements and risk assessment.
• Assist in risk mitigation and governance reviews at program level.
• Travel as required.
