Job summary
US Federal Solutions is seeking a Senior Contract Support Specialist to support VA Network Contracting Office 23. You will provide senior-level acquisition support across the federal lifecycle, including requirements development, planning, solicitation, source selection, award, and administration.
The ideal candidate will have extensive FAR/VAAR knowledge, demonstrated leadership, and the ability to coordinate with contracting officers, program offices, and technical staff across multiple
Qualifications
- Minimum of five years of recent relevant experience providing comprehensive and complex federal acquisition support.
- Experience across pre-award and post-award federal acquisition activities.
- Experience supporting acquisitions greater than the Simplified Acquisition Threshold.
- Extensive knowledge of FAR, VAAR and applicable federal acquisition policies.
- Ability to independently research and interpret acquisition regulations, policies and guidance.
Responsibilities
- Provide pre-award and post-award acquisition support for complex procurements across contract types and values.
- Support acquisitions above the Simplified Acquisition Threshold and assist with complex procurement actions.
- Develop and refine acquisition plans, solicitation packages, and source selection materials.
- Research and apply FAR/VAAR and agency policies to procurements.
- Advise Contracting Officers and stakeholders on strategy, planning, and contract administration.
- Ensure complete, audit-ready contract files and documentation.
