Qualifications

• Requires bachelor's degree (or international equivalent) and 10-13 years of relevant experience or 14-17 years of relevant work experience.
• Advanced knowledge of the fixed-price and flexibly-priced family of subcontracts with stated experience in construction type subcontracts according to procurement regulations, policies, and practices.
• Demonstrated administrative and organizational skills.
• Demonstrated oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Subcontract Formation - Conforms and ensures subcontract execution.
• Directs negotiation in the commitment of subcontracts.
• Develops and issues subcontracts and services agreements as assigned.
• Prepares bidders’ lists and pre-qualifies bidders.
• Forms bid request packages and issues bid request packages to approved bidders.
• Receives bids and evaluates bids commercially.
• Prepares Commercial Bid Summary and recommendations.
• Recommends and secures approvals in accordance with established procedures.
• Prepares subcontract documents for execution.
• Prepares and organizes assigned meetings for understanding and agreement on contractual matters.
• Represents Bechtel in contractual discussions of advanced complexity and prepares status reports.
