Job summary

RTX is hiring for a Senior Subcontract Sr. Manager to lead activities with our major subcontractor Collins Aerospace.

You will work across requirements development, negotiations, and execution in a fast-paced environment, interfacing with program teams, engineering, finance and legal to align objectives. The role emphasizes process improvements to boost efficiency and integration of subcontract management across RTX.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of Program Management, Supply Chain and Finance experience.
• U.S. citizenship is required to access information under this program/contract.

Responsibilities

• Manage activities for major subcontractor Collins Aerospace.
• Operate in a fast-paced, collaborative environment from requirements development through award and execution.
• Serve as key interface between program teams, acquisitions, engineering, finance and legal to ensure clear requirements and effective negotiations.
• Lead process improvement initiatives to increase efficiency and integration of subcontract management across the organization.
