Job summary

RTX is seeking a F135 Subcontract Senior Manager to lead activities with Collins Aerospace, guiding requirements development, negotiations, and award through execution. You will coordinate with program teams, acquisitions, engineering, finance and legal to ensure clear requirements and effective agreements.

The role emphasizes process improvement across subcontract management to increase efficiency and cross-functional integration in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Program Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• A minimum of 10 years of Program Management, Supply Chain and Finance experience is required.
• U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract.

Responsibilities

• Manage activities for our major sub-contractor Collins Aerospace from requirements development through contract award and execution.
• Serve as a key interface between program teams, acquisitions, engineering, finance and legal to ensure clear requirements and negotiated agreements.
• Lead process improvement initiatives to increase efficiency, effectiveness, and integration of subcontract management activities.
