What You Will Do:

The F135 Subcontract Sr. Manager will be responsible for managing activities for our major sub-contractor Collins Aerospace. This individual will work in a fast pace, highly collaborative environment, from requirements development and negotiations through contract award and execution. This role will serve as a key interface between program teams, acquisitions, engineering, finance and legal, to ensure requirements are clearly defined, agreements are effectively negotiated, and subcontract performance meets program objectives. In addition to day-to-day subcontract management, this individual will lead and facilitate process improvement initiatives focused on increasing the efficiency, effectiveness, and integration of subcontract management activities across the organization as required.

We Prefer

Experience managing subcontracts, suppliers, contracts, or complex cross-functional programs in a fast-paced environment. Contract negotiation knowledge and post-award subcontract execution. Experience working collaboratively with multiple teams such as Procurement, Legal, Finance, Engineering, and Program Management organizations. Experience leading Lean, continuous improvement, or operational excellence initiatives. Familiarity with contract management systems, ERP systems, and project/program management tools.

Contract type: Onsite. Onsite: Employees who are working in Onsite roles will work primarily onsite. This includes all production and maintenance employees, as they are essential to the development of our products. Salary

The salary range for this role is 132,400 USD - 251,600 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
