Lockheed Martin is seeking a Subcontract Administration Sr to lead the creation and execution of subcontract packages and coordinate with contracts and purchasing to ensure policy compliance. The role focuses on developing specifications, bid packages, and negotiations with suppliers.

The ideal candidate will manage complex subcontracts, interact with multiple stakeholders, and operate within established authority while supporting a fast-paced defense environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
• Five years of professional experience in Purchasing, Expediting, Subcontract Management, Material Management, Planning, or related.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Experience using SAP or a similar ERP system.

Responsabilités

• Lead the creation and execution of subcontract packages.
• Coordinate with contracts and purchasing to ensure policy compliance.
• Develop subcontract specifications, work statements, and terms for materials and services.
• Prepare bid packages, conduct bidders' conferences, and evaluate proposals.
• Negotiate subcontract provisions, awards, and modifications.
• Collaborate with contracts administration and purchasing to shape subcontract policies.
• Authorize supplier agreements and purchase orders within established authority.
