Lockheed Martin is seeking a Subcontract Manager to lead end-to-end execution of high-value, complex purchase orders in a secure environment. You will coordinate with engineering, program management, and suppliers to ensure compliance, cost control, and schedule adherence on mission-critical programs.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in aerospace/defense procurement, a Secret clearance, and a proven ability to place multimillion-dollar contracts with Tier‑1 suppliers.

Qualifikationen

• U.S. citizenship with an active Secret security clearance.
• 5+ years of progressive experience in subcontract/contract management in aerospace/defense.
• Track record assembling and placing multimillion-dollar purchase orders for complex systems.
• Knowledge of FAR/DFARS and classified procurement policies.
• Ability to interpret technical specs, develop sourcing strategies, and negotiate with Tier‑1 suppliers.
• Strong analytical, risk assessment, cost control, schedule adherence, and compliance.
