Job summary

Lockheed Martin Corporation is seeking a subcontract specialist to develop specifications, statements of work, and terms for procurement across multiple contract types. You will prepare bid packages, lead bidder conferences, and evaluate proposals, negotiating subcontract provisions and administering resulting subcontracts.

You will coordinate with contracts administration and purchasing to develop policies, and may sign supplier agreements within established authority.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related discipline or equivalent years of experience.
• 1 year professional experience.
• Worked with SAP or similar ERP system.

Responsibilities

• Develops subcontract specifications, work statements, and terms and conditions for procurement of materials, equipment and services for subcontracts.
• Prepares bid packages, conducts bidders' conferences, develops evaluation criteria, analyzes and evaluates proposals.
• Negotiates subcontract provisions and administers resulting subcontracts; may sign supplier agreements and purchase orders within authority.
