Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) and 10–13 years of relevant experience or 14–17 years of relevant work experience.
• Extensive experience in managing complex subcontract scopes.
• Working knowledge of SWPPs and BSAPs.
• Commitment to a Zero Accidents safety program.
• Strong oral and written communication skills; intermediate MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Interface with multi-discipline subcontracts; coordinate scheduling.
• Oversee subcontractor progress, payments, and invoices.
• Coordinate submittals and changes with Engineering.
• Ensure adherence to Integrated Safety Management System.
• Provide direction to subcontractors and field personnel.
