Job summary

Qualifications

• Requires bachelor's degree and 10–13 years of relevant experience or 14–17 years of relevant work experience.
• Knowledge of contract management principles in engineering, procurement, construction, and project management environments.
• Experience administering complex contracts, subcontracts, and commercial agreements throughout the project lifecycle.
• Strong understanding of contract terms and conditions, risk allocation, claims management, change management, and dispute resolution processes.

Responsibilities

• Defines and develops the Contracts scope, plans, procedures, schedules, estimates, forecasts, and budgets for the project.
• Prepares and/or directs preparation of commercial terms and conditions for project contracts.
• Coordinates the contract execution plan with Engineering and Construction plans.
• Reviews bid tabulations for accuracy and bidder selection within delegated authority.
• Provides direction to contracts personnel and ensures compliance with project requirements and company policies.
• Develops subcontracting strategy and translates the Supply Chain Assignment Schedule into a contracting plan.
