Job summary

You will lead coordination with coatings, insulation and fireproofing subcontractors, ensure schedule alignment, and manage safety and quality across multiple work packages.

The role emphasizes extensive field experience, review of subcontract progress, and collaboration with Engineering and Project Controls to maintain cost and schedule integrity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related technical discipline.

Responsibilities

• Interface with coatings, insulation and fireproofing subcontractors and lead teams.
• Plan, coordinate and schedule subcontractor work across field activities.
• Monitor quality of work, validate quantities and progress payments.
• Coordinate with Project Controls, Lead Superintendents and Area Team.
• Review subcontract requirements and coordinate with Engineering for field changes.
