Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
• 5+ years of subcontracting experience
• US Citizen
• Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external customers
• Strong organizational and workflow skills
• Must be able to adapt to and be a positive agent for change

Responsibilities

• Prepares recommended source lists of qualified subcontractors and coordinates with PM and clients
• Prepares RFP forms and verifies completeness of proposal packages
• Negotiates terms with subcontractors and prepares contracts
• Prepares subcontract documents and flowdown requirements
• Maintains subcontract records and prepares reports for project management
• Performs subcontract closeout actions and file retention
• Mentors junior Subcontract Administrators as needed
• Acts as liaison between subcontractors and procurement personnel
• Supports additional responsibilities as required
