Job summary

Parsons is seeking a Principal Subcontract Administrator to lead subcontracting activities for the Defense and Intelligence unit. You will negotiate terms, review bids, and ensure compliance with FAR/DFAR, CPSR, and company policy.

Strong leadership and communication are essential as you manage complex subcontracts across multiple programs. The role requires extensive knowledge of government contracting, ability to mentor staff, and a track record in cost and price analysis.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field with defense contracting experience.
• Ability to lead and support RFPs, pre-award meetings, and negotiations.
• Knowledge of contract types (FFP, CPFF, T&M, IDIQ) and pricing strategies.
• Experience with CPSR requirements and procurement systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide subcontract support to Parsons Defense and Intelligence Business Unit.
• Represent the organization as the primary subcontract administrator on assigned subcontracts.
• Negotiate terms and conditions of subcontracts; manage bids and proposals for government requirements.
• Develop supplier evaluation criteria and support subcontract package generation for awards.
• Mentor and train staff; create compliant file documentation per Parsons and CPSR.
