Vervic Inc. in Winston-Salem, NC is seeking a Subcontract Administrator to join its contracts team. This on-site, full-time role oversees the full lifecycle of subcontracts, ensuring compliance with FAR/DFARS and ITAR/EAR requirements.

You will manage supplier relationships, negotiations, and audit-ready documentation while supporting DoD and government-funded programs. Relocation assistance is available for the right candidate.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in Business Administration or related field.
• 6–8 years of DoD/aerospace/government subcontract experience.
• Ability to manage multiple subcontracts and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilités

• Analyze SOWs, solicitations, terms and conditions to identify risks.
• Prepare and coordinate basis of estimates, pricing, and NDAs.
• Coordinate with program managers to ensure obligations are understood.
• Maintain audit-ready files per policy, FAR/DFARS/ITAR/EAR.
• Develop supplier evaluation criteria and negotiate subcontract provisions.
• Lead supplier negotiations while monitoring funding and delivery.
• Assist with procurement documentation for audits and compliance.
