Precision Medicine Group is seeking a senior program management leader to oversee cross-functional teams handling global clinical trial projects. You will drive strategy, governance, and delivery across sponsors, vendors and internal teams, ensuring quality, budget and timelines are met.

Key duties include leading Project Directors/PMs, optimizing profitability, and guiding risk management, with travel as needed. A strong background in clinical research and GCP/ICH is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in science/health field; advanced degree preferred.
• Minimum 10 years in clinical research with project management and line management experience.
• Working knowledge of GCP/ICH guidelines and clinical development process.
• Experience with Microsoft Office products (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Microsoft Project.
• Excellent communication, organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally.

Responsabilités

• Direct, manage and ensure collaboration within a team of Project Directors and Project Managers in planning, execution and governance of projects/portfolios on a global platform.
• Provide leadership and oversight on all clinical programs and, in some cases, manage activities.
• Interact with study sponsors as primary escalation point beyond project management.
• Optimize profitability of the Project Management organization to meet or exceed budget targets.
• Assess and manage resource allocations to meet cost, time, and quality goals.
• Select, train, develop and manage performance of Project Directors and Project Managers.
• Provide technical support and guidance on scope, risk, resource planning, goals and deliverables to assigned project managers.
• Identify and escalate impacts to project scope, resources, schedule or budget.
