Job summary

The position reports to the Director of BHCC Success, supports Success Scholars, and will coordinate with LifeMap, Student Central, and other services to ensure smooth

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Education, Counseling, Psychology, Sociology or closely related field with three years of experience or equivalent.
• Experience working with diverse students in fast-paced student services settings.
• Ability to collaborate with multiple campus units and community partners.
• Excellent intercultural, interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Guide BHCC Success Scholars through services, referrals, and planning to access resources.
• Develop and deliver responsive student services and programming to improve access, engagement, retention, and graduation.
• Assess student needs and provide holistic referrals and proactive outreach across the semester.
• Advise and register students on academic plans, course selection, and career exploration.
• Collaborate with campus resource centers to build smooth connections and warm handoffs.
• Partner with Leadership and Institutional Research to monitor progress using data.
