Job summary

Moody’s is seeking a seasoned professional in New York to serve as a liaison between technical teams and sales, supporting commercialization and adoption of structured finance data and analytics solutions.

You will lead product demonstrations, develop RFI/RFP responses with cross‑functional teams, manage client onboarding for API and web products, and help expand relationships across asset classes while contributing to product enhancements.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in structured finance or related client-facing roles.
• Knowledge of CLOs, CMBS, RMBS, and ABS with tranche mechanics.
• Experience supporting RFPs, demos, onboarding for API and web data products.
• Excellent ability to explain structured credit to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Ability to manage multiple client engagements in fast-paced environments.
• Knowledge of Moody's SF Portal, SF Workstation, and CDONet preferred.
• Experience at a data/analytics vendor serving structured finance clients preferred.
• Basic understanding of AI with interest in responsible AI practices.

Responsibilities

• Bridge technical teams and sales to commercialize data solutions.
• Demonstrate products and discovery sessions for clients across the investor base.
• Lead RFI/RFP responses with sales and product teams.
• Onboard clients for API and web products.
• Maintain client touchpoints and growth opportunities with Account Managers.
• Translate client requirements into executable solutions.
• Support clients in accessing, interpreting structured finance data.
• Develop user guides and training materials.
• Gather feedback to support product roadmap.
