Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering from an accredited University.
• Master's degree preferred.
• Professional Engineering registration (PE) required.

Responsibilities

• Develop, manage, and maintain client relationships and participate in marketing activities.
• Identify project opportunities, pursue proposals, and plan strategies with clients.
• Lead multi‑discipline teams on water resources projects and monitor performance.
• Manage scope, schedule, and cost changes and communicate with stakeholders.
• Develop designs for water infrastructure and oversee planning and cost estimates.
