Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering required.
• Master’s degree preferred for advanced responsibilities.
• Professional Engineer registration required; California license strongly preferred.
• 18+ years of experience in civil and/or hydraulic engineering.

Responsibilities

• Develop, manage, and maintain client relationships and leads in markets related to water resources.
• Identify project opportunities, pursue proposals, and plan strategies with clients and leadership.
• Lead multi-discipline teams and coordinate with Practice Leads, Discipline Leads, and Operations Managers.
• Manage project scope, schedule, and costs; monitor progress and communicate status to stakeholders.
• Develop detailed designs, plans, and specifications for water infrastructure projects.
• Prepare planning reports, plans, and cost estimates for water, recycled water, and wastewater systems.
