Job summary

Qualifications

• Alternatively, 12–14 years of relevant work experience in similar roles.

Responsibilities

• Provides daily directions to Craft Professionals.
• Determines workforce requirements and allocates resources.
• Coordinates tools, materials, and equipment for safe, efficient installation.
• Schedules work and reviews progress within area and discipline.
• Monitors installation quality and adherence to design documents.
• Ensures current design documents are used and changes approved.
• Prepares Field Material Requisitions for tools and consumables.
• Monitors subcontractors for compliance with specs and schedules.
• Implements corporate and project policies within operations.
• Coordinates activities with other disciplines to maintain schedules.
• Performs employee reviews and identifies training opportunities.
• Upholds the Zero Accident Philosophy in all construction operations.
