Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily scaffold work with subcontractors, field supervisors, and project teams.
• Track scaffold schedules, labor needs, materials, equipment, and access requirements.
• Review scaffold work plans and sequencing to align with project requirements.
• Coordinate scaffold work with other construction disciplines and area teams to support the overall schedule.
• Review progress, cost, schedule, and performance data for reports and corrective actions.
• Assist with field changes, RFIs, contract changes, and subcontract planning.
